Reverse only impact driver/wrench

Good day!  I work at a factory where we use hand tools to remove allen bolts out of the machinery during changeovers.  We don’t allow operators to use power tools due to risk of them using those to put the bolts back in using the power tool and messing up the threads.  Are there reverse only impact drivers/wrenches out there?  Or is it possible to disable the forward motion functionality?  Does anyone know?

I don’t know of any that come from the factory with reverse only but it wouldn’t take much to open one up and modify the direction switch on the trigger.
