Why can’t you upload pics?

Everytime I try it says the file is to large, im uploading from a macbook hard drive to the more reply options and add file…

I’m not sure what’s up with the file size limits. I’ve tried to find a way to increase them, but no dice. I take mine on my iPhone. I then email them to myself as a large file, not original size. I then save it to my tool pic folder on my MacBook Pro and upload them here.
