The blade guard hangs up badly on mine when trying to cut at max depth. The model I have is the 36 volt XSH06 brushless 7 1/4″. It’s pretty much unusable. I’ve seen a few others comments and video clips out there happening to a few others. Have any of you found a solution? Perhaps grinding away a bit of the front of the blade guard could help? Interested to hear others experiences. It’s very surprising to me that this design flaw could have made it past prototyping.
I have a problem with one of my blade gaurds but mine was because I dropped it and it’s a little bend so it just doesn’t raise up smoothly.
