My brother left me tools and I do not know what this tool is used for. He was in to many different fields including all kinds of fine woodworking and arts. I don’t recall him being a potter and that’s the only thing I can come up with… some sort of a clay carving tool for use on a potters wheel. Thoughts?
Looks a lot like some of the hoof knives my wife and her farrier use on the horses.

Looks like a tool for removing silicone from surrounds, bathtubs, etc…
