I have a 20v dewalt reciprocating saw. First time using it, and it goes up in smoke.  I used the 60v flex volt battery and a brand new diablo blade. Could the flex volt battery be a issue or just a bad saw? Any input is welcomed.   Thanks

Bad saw is the more likely explanation

If the battery doesn’t have issues with anything else that pretty much answers the question
