Today I saw someone using a tool with a handle about two feet long and V jaws about three inches. Jaws did not move, were not adjustable. He didn’t know the name of it and neither Google nor Bing seem to have the slightest idea what I’m trying to describe. Anyone have any idea what it might be?
What was the tool being used for?
