Yes, all Dremel accessories are compatible with the Milwaukee M12 Rotary Tools.

It comes in handy more times than you could imagine!

It’s much better than the cordless Dremel branded tool my dad has. Good power, good runtime, nothing bad to say about it.

No adapter for dremel is needed. It operates in the same fashion with the same collet. My Dad bought me the 7.2v Dremel when my Wife and I bought our house 12 years ago. That freak in’ Dremel still works! The battery (NiCad) still holds a charge! The Milwaukee by Far blows the Dremel away in my opinion but my Lil’ Dremel still kicks along! I use the Dremel as a shining tool for all my brass wear on my uniform (and that is it) and my Milwaukee for the heavy stuff.

Correct. You do not need an adaptor.
