Hey guys does anyone know when Dewalt will be releasing the DCN650 15 Gauge finish nailer in AUSTRALIA and has anyone used one.
id really like to get my hands one as i already have the DCN660 which is awesome but would love the 650 so i can use my Airgun nails. cheers
I know it’s out and on Home Depot shelves her in the USA……don’t know where you are… we have one for work and so far no problems…but we are just nailing through pine,cedar,composite, poplar, ….good luck

Don’t know about that one ..Jake…I’ve put up hardy plank clap board but never used a gun on it…usually make a slightly larger hole with a stainless screw…..
….We generally use primed pine, cedar or azek ( which is a plastic / composite product) ….
I like the small nose piece on this and the 18ga nailer. But with the extra pressure(vs pneumatic) required to depress it, it is very easy to leave indent marks on soft pine.
Ya true…..personality I have the 16g cordless …we use it to tack Trim up and nail off with a different gun…….I’m not getting those new ones for myself but our company has both new ones……….I Love the Dewalt pneumatic Precision Point nailers..16g and the small 18g ,,,the nose is very small and ..does not ..depress at all…it’s just place and shoot…it’s perfection…….
