Gas strut for Knaack box | Tools In Action

Does anyone know of a cheaper place to buy replacement gas struts for Knaack boxes? I only paid 250.00 for the box and one is broken, a 2 pack is almost 100.00.

Go to an auto wrecker and grab a rear window strut for $10-$20 !

Great suggestion but I found them on Amazon, you just need to search by measurements open and compressed for around 20.00 a a pair.
