What accounting, if any, software do you use? The one I’ve been using is definitely not made for contractors and it’s invoicing options are too simplified. Just curious about what else people are using.
I use Mint but my books are likely much more simple so not sure it’s for you but it’s free.
Haven’t used any recently, but used to use Quickbooks.
My mom uses quicken.
Been a Quickbooks user for 16 years. There is a learning curve and takes some time to setup right but worth it. All we do is send the monthly backup to our accountant and they file payroll and taxes from that. Every single purchase and bill gets entered and tagged to a job.

Same, been awhile….
We use a program at my work called SuccessWare, it will do everything I was used to quickbooks doing but much more
Checked out SuccessWare. It certainly looks way more advanced than QuickBooks, but for just me, QB was enough.
I use Quick books online my accountant is tied into it so every quarter he can do thing thing and I only go to his office when I have to.
Quickbooks is the way to go in my opinion.
