bad fit accu impact driver and bad support

hello i have a new impact driver and the accu is moving

i have email milwaulkee 2 times and never get respons from  them.

thats bad i use tape to let it fit better

Have you tried with other batteries (wondering if it’s the battery or the tool)? Mine are a tiny bit loose on some tools, but none quite that bad. 

If you tried emailing anyone around this time of year its going to be rough. The holidays make it hard for anything to get done. The easiest is if you just bought the impact is to swap it out with the retailer

i have get a  new tool with the same probleme  from the dealer.

were i can bring the tool for repair they contact milwaulkee they told  becauce of mass production nothing to do with it  i think strange .

i have also onekey drill and this accu is fitting much better on that tool less space.

also other accu have same space on the impact  i use tape to let it fit better.

i mailed them not in the new year  but in 2016
