The guy ran the Light. Does not speak english, has a suspended license driving suv that belongs to somebody else and no insurance. I got a feeling they will total it.

And somehow I do not feel sorry for the actual owner of the other vehicle. I feel they need to be taken to task for allowing the knucklehead to drive their vehicle.

If the driver didn’t have insurance. I doubt the owner did either.
I’d go after both the driver and the owner in this case.
If you end up in court, make sure to play it up.
