Oh Yeah!!! On a side note, back home we had a “real” Italian bakery and deli. I have never had any better meats, than I had at that place. They hand make everything in the store.
EDIT: One thing I failed to mentioned is, I love the “dry” style of Italian pepperoni and deli meats, which is what you see in the picture. Folks may not know, that the white stuff you see on the outside, is not mold, but it’s salt, which helps preserve the meat.
