hey guys,

last week i saw a few new pictures on instagram, but i can’t find it anymore.

it was about 2 or 3 new 18volt impact model from makita.

anyone who can remeber it?

There is the new DTD170 . Which is the following up to DTD148. Sale Speed nd torque on Paper but the People on Instagram who imported it from Japan claim that it workshop fast. It upholds it’s Speed better. It also has more ‘ smart Moses’s and torque settings.

Then there is the dtd153 which seems to me to be a replacement for the dtd129. A more affordable brush less impact. It has the compact size and speed of the dtd170 but without the torque settings I believe

these have been available in japan for a little while, the North American version don’t have as many modes as the japanese version

These arent available yet in USA jimbo 🙂 when/if they come they Will have thesame functions 🙂

I want to say I saw them available at a Canadian retailer, not in the US though

I order mine from Japan in lime green. Got it the other day. The wrtining on the control panel is in Japanese, no big deal but.
