Has anyone used one of these new Milwaukee steelhead blades ? If so are they good or have they not been released yet as I just watched a video on you tube but they didn’t demo it so want some feedback ?

I am also interested. Are these only available for chop saws or 4.5″/6″ angle grinders as well?

Haven’t used one but they look pretty cool I wonder how the will perform
Typically you don’t use diamonds on ferrous metals because the diamonds, particularly the cutting edge, slowly dissolve into the metal. So did they just stick more diamonds on and deal with the decreased cutting performance since it’s still better than aluminum oxide, or is this actually CBN sold as diamond for marketing purposes.
I’m really hoping it’s CBN cause more people need to use that.
Frank ran one and showed it on instagram:

Doesn’t CBN also perform poorly on low hardness metals?

Hasn’t seemed any different from other grinding methods. It’s just a matter of grit large enough to reduce loading.
