I went onto mydewalt today to print out the certificates for tools I registered for the 3 year warranty and my dcp580 plane is only showing a standard 1 year warranty where everything else is showing the 3 year and allows me to download a certificate. Why can I not with the plane as I registered within 30 days of purchase and done everything the same I done with my other tools. I filled in the enquiry form on there website explaining the issue and am awaiting reply. Has anyone ever had this issue or contacted dewalt through the website enquiry
They actually replied within 5 minutes, there is a problem while registering the plane and he can fix it once I send on some details. Might be helpful to others experiencing this
