Hi I am wondering if the Festool track saw has the scoring feature like the Makita one? Specifically the brushless 36v model? From what I can see it doesn’t have it to my surprise
Thanks Jack.

Jack, I have mine for over two years and there is a scoring feature in my saw. I can go ever so light to score the material before dropping the plunge. I know the Makita SP6000 is a great saw though. I will say besides the dust control and the riving knife I think the Makita is a pretty sweet tool that is more than capable.
Been stelling sp6000 for years now. Everyone who uses it is very impressed with it.
Doesnt have a single flaw as far as im concerned 🙂
