I really should know better than going to Home Depot over my lunch break, but I had to get a couple of strands of Christmas lights and some zip ties to string them up with. That was my first mistake. The second mistake was peeking on the clearance rack. My third mistake was saying to myself, “well I’ll only buy it if I can get the cashier to accept my electronic Lowes coupon.
Needless to say…

I can’t say I regret the trip because $190 was a heck of a deal for the 2712 and I have been eyeballing a rotary hammer. I just wasn’t expecting to buy one today!

they need a pad at the front door, you enter a code and when you go in the store all you see is what you entered …….
Nice score btw….
I went there too kdv and ended up getting two Bessey K Bldy 50″ clamps and two 12″ ones too they’re marked down pretty well
I actually did the exact same thing last week and was also able to score a 2712 for $190.
Now I just need to think of a project to use it on…
That’s funny man, I’m the same way. I went in yesterday to look for some gloves and ended getting the Kreg K4 jig and a couple hundred Kreg screws. The sad thing is that I didn’t even buy any gloves. I should at least buy what I went in for!

Nice that’s what I do
For $190 that is a great rotary hammer.
$350, not so much! I liked mine, very capable hammer drill, for $190 I don’t think there is anything that can touch it!

grats on your new stuff…i havent been there for quite a while. maybe tmw ill visit HD
Nice haul man
Wonder if other stores will mark the SDS down. I have the M12 fuel but I also want the M18 fuel.
The M18 one in Rochester is $180 ,armed down but no battery, no brushless.
That’s like my hall from last week minus the rotary, nice score.

That just means you have a reason to go back soon. Hahakruton wrote:

It’s sad, but I generally go there everyday to walk around during my lunch. It’s right across the street from my office. I generally just go hangout with the guys in the tool section and shoot the breeze. I usually find something I can’t live without.stainlessstroker95 wrote:

Good job crew getting all these nice hauls!
You answered your own question. That is why you went the the Depot. To get more toys.
funny story the other day I noticed one guy at Home Depot EVERY time I’m there and thought maybe he is thinking the same thing….lol
Bah! I just realized that my new toy is missing the depth rod. I know I can order one but had I known it was missing, I could have negotiated a bit more…

Was just there tonight, ordered that hole saw kit for 32 bucks online and stopped in there to pick it up. Nothing else there that hasn’t been seen meek down wise.

I have something I ordered online that I need to return Monday. I have a feeling I’ll spend more than the return is going to net me.
Yeah, but it will feel like it’s cheaper though.Shuutr wrote:
