I was wandering around my local Lowes today and they had the Grrr-Ripper GR100 on clearance for $39.99 from $59.99.  I was weak and bought one.

What is it?

rfwjrMember since Jul 2014

Sorry, it is a adjustable push block system for woodworking. Primarily used with the table saw.

If you want to be even weaker I’ll suggest you go buy another.. with two you can leap frog them down your work piece so the board never has to stop.. that will help with blade marks and bruning. I don’t use them all the time but when I do I’m really glad to have them. They are also great for pushing material across a router table.

Picked up two of these the other day. Seem pretty handy. Well built. Nice design. I picked both up for $45 total.

ya those grrrriper come in handy, I have to grab some too one day

NordrawMember since Dec 2012

That’s a good price for that. I have one, wouldn’t be a bad idea to have two of them like you said. Expensive push blocks though.

madman_usMember since Sep 2014

Ya you can build those pushblocks yourself

I was hesitant when it was $59.00 but still had to think about it before I even spent $39.00.
ChrisKMember since Dec 2012

I put mine together today. Man a billion little pieces!

madman_usMember since Sep 2014

the price on those griiiiipppers are valid until mid march, time to think about it lol

ChrisKMember since Dec 2012

I went by Lowes and they have the little version on sale for $19. I think that one would have been fine for my little saw.
