Had an emergency call at our Frankln Park, Il. facility and dropped by a place down the street called Zenger’s Industrial Supply (Tool Store). I found an LED upgrade bulb made by Milwaukee (49-81-0090) it fots most of the flashlights that come with the tool kits. Says on package Milwaukee, DeWalt, Makita, Bosch, Rigid and Hitachi. 9.6v-28v. I gave one of my guys my old M12 with the incandescent bulb so I bought this for him. I just got back to the shop and installed it. Huge difference! Anyway just thought I would throw it up here incase someone was looking to upgrade their flashlight. It’s a little pricey at $40 bucks.

Yeah you could get the led with the rest of the m12 flashlight for the same price
