Well it might not be that easy, but you can pick out the colors. Departing from typical IKEA fashion the house comes assembled and costs around $86,500. It has 1 bedroom, 1 bath and 745 sf, good for one person. All the appliances are installed and it is ready to live in. I would love to check out one of these in the flesh!
