Staying on the new and fun games, you can’t pass up Pickleball. I have to admit when I was first asked to play, I wasn’t too excited. However, after playing, it’s a blast! Retrospec Resistance Bands

Well, Jan 1st is almost here and you know what that means…

Yes, we trick ourselves into saying this year will be different: “I am getting in shape and working out!” Am I right? Mine lasts about two days and then I start planning for next year. However, if you are serious, resistance band training is awesome. They don’t take up a lot of room and you can do full-body workouts plus stretching with these bands. These are also very travel-friendly and great for staying consistent with your workout schedule while on the road. They make a great gift.

Imarku Japanese Chef Knife

There is nothing like having a great knife when you’re in the kitchen working and this is a great knife all-around. What I like best about this knife compared to my more expensive knives is the value. It doesn’t cost an arm and a leg, but it has a great weight to it and it stays sharp longer than I thought it would. Best of all, I don’t feel like I have to baby it since it wasn’t an expensive knife.
