Sorry it took so long to get April giveaway going.  This month we are giving away a $100 Gift certificate to Amazon.  So start your voting now.

I vote for Bmack, hell get the most bang out of that 100 dollar buck from Amazon!

jswoger1986Member since Jan 2016

There one guy on on here that always posts his YouTube videos. I see many post from him every day so active that he has already hit 5k posts. Jimbo malice gets my vote as long as he makes a video on what he gets if he wins

I will go with Jimbo too, if he wants it.  I know I heard Dan mention only being able to win one giveaway for life in one of their videos, if this is true some guys may want to hold out for something they could use more? I don’t mean to belittle the $100 gift card by any means, that is an awesome prize for anyone to win.

I vote protoolnuts! He needs a new fanny pack![External image (uploads.tapatalk-cdn.com), not copied]

Or some new tools to show us! But if not here is my recommendation. It even has a pocket for your PPE.

I was going to pick Jimbo but I like making him spending his real money 😛 so Protoolnut so he can buy some Gearwrench!

*Edit: I didn’t realize Protool just won so I guess I need to change my answer, will decide later.

You are just too kind sir! While I love my camo pack, I do admit its pretty cheap quality and sometimes the belt buckle comes apart and I have to bend the things out. And I have several tools that I would like to buy , but I have no money to buy. I am glad to hear that you appreciate me Jrsalas.

That i do. Really enjoy seeing your funny comments and great videos.

Gentlemen I would be honored to bare the Amazon gift card, this would be great for some younger guys to win to build their tools up but I could definitely do some damage, IF I am to win this will go toward either a keter table or a jaw Horse! Thanks for the nomination gents!

@knarlycarl, if there’s a typo it’s either from me or towards me lol

My vote goes to Jimbo I know he’ll post a video of the card and another of what he gets with it thanks for the videos Jimbo keep up the good work

I vote for Jimbo.  He definitely needs a more stable platform for his videos – that old B&D work table makes me cringe every time it wobbles around underneath the wood he’s working on.

krutonMember since Jun 2015

Dude this is an awesome giveaway. The tools are pretty sweet, but having the ability to use it to get whatever you want is cool. I vote Jimbo because I want to know what he thinks of the Jaw horse. I’m looking at the Triton Super jaws myself.

I vote protoolnut, he is a real good guy. He is always there to help if you have a question. He also looks out for people. It’s good to have you on the forum.

All I am doing is showing my  appreciation  for having him here. I’m sorry you see a problem with that. I hate to see this kind of negativity.

I don’t think Fazz was trying to be negative, they set this giveaway up for us to vote but they don’t want the same person winning month in and month out, so at first they said you can only win once and a year but they also said you could only win once period, Protoolnut won the giveaway last month so he can’t win the gift card, he won the bad ass gorilla ladder and toolbox in the march giveaway.

I guess I misunderstood. I have only been here for about a week. I did not know protool won.

All good brother no hard feelings he had a well deserved win last month!

comp56Member since Sep 2014

ya the winning thing is kinda a grey area, I’ve heard them say only once a year and I’ve heard them say more than once a year.

What I think they want is to share the wealth with as many different people as they can and yet reward forum contributors big and small,

they also said US address only so Canadian members can win as long as they can ship prize to the US.

that being said I have an American address …..just saying…lol

so my vote is going to JimboS1ice, not that he is around much I think he only posts 40-80 times a day or so…..

FazzmanMember since Apr 2014

Yeah I wasnt tryin to sound like a jack hole, sorry if I came off that way.

Just tryin to make sure things happen fairly because we all are on the same side.

Heck yall are one big awesome family to me here.  Any giveaways at all are awesome and exciting. Especially one as amazing as this. The CREW is where its at.

I forgot about Protool winning also, so vote goes back to Jimbo…I’m going to have to step up my game to make him spend all of this! 😛

@protoolnut it’s a saw horse that can clamp down on work pieces just a deferent version of the jawhorse

Tell me Comp, what does that thing do? It doesn’t exactly look like a saw horse, and its only one, with some big weird lever thing on the bottom. It almost looks like a log splitter but without the motor and blade. Interesting

it is pretty much a hands free vise or work table, can clamp down all kinds of thing to work on..

krutonMember since Jun 2015

I think it looked a lot like the Triton.

U can clamp a sheet of wood and also use as portable table, I have the jawhorse and love that tool! To get back on subject my vote goes to brotha Jimbo!!!!

Thats cool, but I’d think I prefer a full size unit that had 4 points of clamping your work down, such as if your sawing large pieces of plywood. Right now I have a workmate from Craftsman that could sort of do that. However, beings that I perminantly mounted the mini tire changer to it, it kind of renders the workmate useless for other functions.

but for portability, working alone and fast set up this works very well…….takes less space as well as traditional saw horses plus it is a clamp system so work is more secure

BMack37Member since Sep 2015

The more I look at that jaw horse, the more I want it.

he he he he Jimbo strikes again!! Nah i was looking at the regular jawhorse then i remember seeing something about the sheet master to hold fill plywood sheets and for a little more why not have the extra capacity and it looks a little more stable, i could use some stability lol.

I was thinking of making one too. I think one of the maker your own pipe clamps would work.

http://www.harborfreight.com/1-2-half-inch-pipe-clamp-3813.html

They also make some that clamp to 2X4s, here’s the Stanley version:

http://www.amazon.com/Stanley-STHT83166-2-Inch-4-Inch-Clamp/dp/B00DYMYV2E

…I’d kind of like a sawhorse that I can drill into for options on various projects.

I like that idea of the 2×4 clamp to make your own for a real cheap version.. But that hands free one has me reeeeeeally interested.. ok wait, we’re waaaay off topic again hereLOL!!

I have the triton superjaws with the engineers jaws on my to get list,

FazzmanMember since Apr 2014

Centipedetool legs are good too, yall should scope them out.  http://centipedetool.com/

Mondo1310Member since Jun 2015

Downside to the centipede that’s it’s only a stand and requires a wood or whatever else for the top. Jaw house can hold just about anything. But it’s also triple the coat too.

Yeah true, thats pretty much what it is.

Ive been eyeing the triton one,i like the swappable jaws and the color scheme,im sure ill finger out some type of special jaws to machine. The engineer style jaws for the triton are nice.

I was looking at the triton too I want something stable with high capacity

FazzmanMember since Apr 2014

Yeah both seem fairly stable and both are pretty similar.  For me I think it would be easy to make accessories for the triton model, square tubing is easy to get so you could easily make your own side supports and such. the larger Triton holds 39″ I think.

the sheetmaster is pretty cool i just dont see myself needing that large of a capacity,One of the main things i want for is holding bikes, scooters, etc, etc,  for maintenance,2×4 cutting and such, the folding legs are boss.toss the puppy in the truck or car trunk and you can help your buddies with it. or hang it up out of the way on the wall when you arent using it.

JimboS1iceMember since Sep 2015

I do a lot of wood working so the 48″ capacity would be sweet so when you do need t you have it
