Posting a link to a youtube video automatically creates a preview, but it’s followed by a lot of whitespace.
Also, when quoting a post with a youtube link it doesn’t quote the preview, but rather lines of code. Not sure what’s the deal, but just a heads up.
Here’s an example. Pasting just the link below creates a weird preview with added whitespace. Try to quote it and see what happens 😉

Not working on my end. Preview works fine in your quote comp, but in mine it’s all messy

I just paste the link and don’t think I have any problems it embeds it better

It seems to work fine on tapatalk, both the original and the quote, but look what happens when I open in mobile version:

But the quoted post shows up fine:

OK, thanks for letting me know. Not sure why it’s doing that. I will open a ticket and see what they say.
What Knarlycarl said. Works fine in Tapatalk, but not here. What you see on the mobile version is what I am seeing on my desktop.
I didn’t use the insert media link. Works only for images?!
I just paste the youtube link and it automatically creates the preview.
Your preview works Eric, but it has added whitespace.

Eric I haven’t noticed what these guys are talking about and I have watched in both the web and Tapatalk so I don’t know what’s going on. I use a Mac with safari or an iPhone or iPad if that helps at all.

I am using Windows and Chrome and don’t see the issue. I have a ticket open for this issue, but haven’t heard back. I hoping to hear something soon.
