Nope, not even close! Festool equates to super high quality but my Bessey K Body and Jet Parallel clamps work just fine for me!!!! This, the Conturo, the Router station, the Planex…..all super high end, production grade tools that will never be in my shop. Watch out when they release the HKC55 here in the US. That is going to find its way in the shop!
I get that they r high quality but the prices r just ridiculous.
I get it. Festool makes excellent quality tools, but they’re just another version of snapon. Overpriced. Period.
Thae are just making their way here to the US. They have had them overseas for 2 of more years
When they introduce the compact DC unit are you in Regopit?

No. I’m sitting here thinking a couple of hand held suction cups and a couple of tilt swivel head vices

Without the truck coming to your door to fix stuff you broke.
God Bless you dude. Your doomed. 😉regopit wrote:

Interesting concept but the idea of leaving an annoying pump on all the time or your work drops to the floor and that it’ll only work on super smooth surfaces makes me wonder if it’s only useful for finish work. They make nice tools for sure and I can see a subset of wood workers that this would work for though.
