First off welcome to the forum.

I’m surprised your firmed lets you release stuff but that’s awesome regardless! That is an awesome looking EC brushless drill! I can’t get over the compact size!

kornomaniacMember since Oct 2014

Man that drill looks awesome and compact !

I see the ‘EC brushless’ logo on its side. Hooray !!

Any chance you could pry loose some more information to get us drooling even more ? 😀

ChrisKMember since Dec 2012

Yeah I have to admit, that pic is a tease. What a massive difference from new to old. Love the separate controls from drill to drive. Much smaller than the older one which I have.

As my friend is a sales rep, he drops me some pics as soon as they’re showed to the biggest customers, and given a release date. He sure knows whats to come, but thats for the future [emoji6]

Also got a pic of the New gop 18-28 starlock +, 40-30 starlock +and 55-36 starlock max.

Release date in april.

Sweet dude, thanks for sharing, Bosch definily did a good job with their new drill.

Those look nice

The question is, what power does it have? I heard a rumour that the new metal chuck brushless drill is somewhere between a compact and premium drill (in size and torque).

kornomaniacMember since Oct 2014

With a little bit of luck Bosch will have this one in their world of concrete Booth tomorrow and we will know more ! 🙂

JerryNYMember since Jun 2015

Looks really nice. It’s amazing how much power they can squeeze in smaller and smaller packaging these days. I look forward to hearing more about it.

Welcome to the crew man. Thanks for the news you provided us with. And looking forward to the next early information on Bosch. And any other tool info you can scrounge up.
kornomaniacMember since Oct 2014

We need specs on this one ! 😛

I love Bosch but they need a compact drills with a full metal chuck.  I got nothing wrong the the plastic sleeve but a metal one just makes it feel more sturdy and because of that, I wouldn’t mind a few extra ounces.  It would be interesting to see a drill that could give the Dewalt DCD790 a run for its money :).  Also, welcome to the forum man!

The bosch (despite its plastic chuck) certainly does. As the does the Milwaukee compact. It’s hard to pick a favourite among the three.
