Attached is a rough layout of Dan's Garage. He will choose one carpenter to come out to his house to build some shelves and organize his garage. The ceiling height is 11'. The only rule is everything must be made from lumber and costs must be minimized. Let's get some ideas and help him out!

Did he sell the golf cart to the guy that messed up his grass with it?? I think he should leave the xcarve out of the garage, he said he was getting a new router with much better dust control.

Here is my proposed layout floor plan. Shelves all the way around. The Dewalt and Milwaukee boxes are centered by the TV. I’ll create some elevations later.

That’s the floor plan view of the rolling work bench I posted above. I put it in there to see how it would fit size wise.

Oh yeah I saw that my bad, Did you leave the rest of his tool chests out of the plans? He has so many of them its like a wall of toolboxes..lol

Those could easily be worked into the shelving with parts omitted for the tool chests. Without taking inventory on his tools, it’s difficult to develop a complete blue print but the overall idea can easily be finalized on the spot for whoever goes and does the work.

I don’t even know if Dan has a good inventory of all of his tools! Probably hard to keep track.
