Well haven’t posted in a while on here, here is what I have been working on, don’t know where I left off, but it all started with a door, now there is a slider. Enjoy
Looks like you got you’re hands full there, glad to see you’re a DeWalt fan

Welcome back Don! I’ll be in your neck of the woods pretty quick doing a safety audit. Glad to see you back sir!

is it a full gut rehab or are you just gutting a few rooms?
It will be a full rehab eventually, this summer was exterior, windows and doors. This winter tackle great room, next summer gut and refinish 2nd floor, then 1st floor kitchen and bath, then relax some and maybe sell it
welcome to my world going through the same thing room by room, oh btw I was afraid to click on the topic because of the title….lol
Hopefully it sells fast when the time comes
Thanks Justin, I still got some time before I’ll sell, but I hope I make the right decisions that buyers would want
Just be careful when it comes to paint don’t personalize it to much, the wrong paint color can make it difficult for people to imagine living there and just move on to the next house. You can always re paint before you sell but pick a color everyone will like, first impression is everything
Nice job, looks like you are making good progress. Hope to keep seeing updates on the house as a whole.
Looks great Don!
Thanks guys, hopefully in a few weeks I’ll get some more shots as the siding goes up
Looking great man! I always enjoy seeing the mess turn into something nice.
I hear ha rash, this project was definitely one of those, crappy 60 year old door that was leaky and let in no light is now a large slider that lets in light and air
Looking good don, looks like u have your hands full.
