Latest Metabo Australia brochure, some cool stuff in there. Brushless 18V angle grinders and the LiHD batteries among others.

Metabo makes some great tools just wish they had a bigger line in the us
Just bought myself this: http://www.metabo.com.au/Product-catalogue-handheld-powertools.24128+M5adf5c001f1.0.html
Haven’t used it in anger yet, but I think it’ll be the goods. My LTX 200 has been great, but lacks a bit of nut busting torque (I work on earthmoving equipment). This will solve all those issues. O0
I’ve only had experience with one of their grinders……haven’t used anything else…..
That’s what pretty much everyone in the usa experiences is their grinders not much else. Metabo just can’t seem to get any traction here even compared to Festool.
I have seen an 18v drill kit at a pawnshop before. It was well used though. That is the only metabo tool I have seen. Their grinders are supposed to be top notch.

yeah at my local acme tools they have a festool setup with the drills, kapex, carvex, sanders etc etc and the only thing they carry from metabo are their grinders. Kinda sad since I wanted to try out the hammer drill with the torque multiplier attachment.
Toolaholic just confirmed there is a cordless table saw coming…. thought I had seen a vague picture of one floating around here somewhere but i can’t place it at the moment

I posted a video at one point. I’ll see if I can find it.
Edit here it is:
Edit 2: Editing works again.
Nice! About 1:05 they show a cordless grinder with two batteries like Makita has with their x2 line.
Makita is also coming out with a x2 grinder
Oh yeah! Tomorrow we see what Metabo has up their sleeve! I am excited about the cordless table saw. Now I will have to choose between this and the DeWalt.
Wish I could go. It’s close to where I work at.
