Just sheeted out my new van to protect from the inside. I’ve yet to start shelves and hopefully will add racking for toughsystem boxes

We’ve had it bad in the building sector in recent years, but things are finally taking a turn for the better. We are also enjoying a good spell of sunshine, a rarity here in Ireland. Have you a trade yourself?

Was in IKEA today and by chance I just spotted hanging brackets that I knew would come in handy to hang my tough trolley on the back door of my van so just thought I’d share some pictures of it

Looks good

Made a little more progress. Nice snug resting place for my mitre saw and accessories. I hinged the shelf above to make life easier lifting it in and out and also I kept the Base narrow so I can still put a 4×8 on the floor flat

Can’t go wrong with all that yellow and black. Nice van

Turner85Member since Jun 2015

Couple more little things done today. I added a holder for my silicone etc and just mounted my level and square to the side of the shelving. Also had the factory fitted locks replaced with slamlocks

Looking good turner……I always enjoyed building out my trucks, with some creativity you’ll be suprised just how many tools will fit.

Turner85Member since Jun 2015

Added shelves today for my makita boxes as I’d a pain in my ass unstacking them. I also made up a metal frame to hang my tough boxes on but waiting on brackets to arrive.

Pics won’t upload

That s too bad I’d love to see them Turner. How many Makita and Dewalt boxes you putting in there?

KnarlyCarlMember since Jan 2016

Awesome custom work so far! Thanks for updating this, I’m always looking for innovative ways to organize my van (plumbing oriented)

Also curious to know what make/model of van too?

Nice clean install. The caulking rack is good idea. Can’t wait to see it fully loaded up.

Tried uploading again. Once I click attach this file it’s completing the task but image isn’t appearing. So far I’ve got 6 makpacs, I’ve got the circ saw, jigsaw, grinder, sds hammer drill all brushless then the tracksaw and a makpac one to carry my batteries and charger. Toughsystem I’ve just the 4 boxes at the moment, ds400 ds300 and two ds150. I’m gonna order the radio, open tote and some of the clear top organisers this week.

Nice! Are the images too big?

Turner85Member since Jun 2015

Definitely not too big. It says max file size 44mb. The pictures are only 4.8mb

ChrisKMember since Dec 2012

Let me shoot Conductor an email. I have had problems with size before. I started sending them to photo bucket and then attaching a link for the guys to view there.

Check your attachments in your settings page on TIA website, it’s where all your pics go when you upload (if I remember correctly) and maybe you have reached your limit

Yea. I had a size issues with the videos not using Tapatalk to upload through Vimeo, if you use Tapatalk I think it compresses them for you.
