Router guide for track saw guide rail

If you plan on purchasing the adapter for the router to use the guide rail (DWS5021) I suggest only using it with the DW625 as the adapter doesn’t allow other routers to extend past the guide rail causing alignment issues when making dados. The DW625 fits perfectly with the guide rail, flat on your stock making perfect dados.

I could not get it to work on the DW618. On either base. Especially the plunge base.

I will test it later.. I don’t have the DW618 but the d26204.. I be back!

Only the plunge base.. On the DW618 that true..! But you can use it on all Dewalt routers..
