Wow Andrew! I think I have a smaller shop than you 😉

Lmao!! Hilarious. We are fortunate for sure. It is a great space. The saw was a deal of the year. I bought that saw and outfeed setup for $250! A local manufacturing facility needed it gone asap for the space. I knew the President of the place and he cussed my offer as he told me to load it up that day…DONE!

Very nice shop there OA! Very spacious man.

$250? I’d say that fence and rail is worth that alone…….

overanalyzeMember since Oct 2011

The one thing I wished we had is a small spray booth. We don’t do a whole lot of finishing, but it would be nice to have a spot dedicated for it to keep the dust out of.

Oh yeah it’s a $1500 setup. It also has an overhead dust shroud/anti-kickback arm too. We never put that back on it. I was thinking of putting in back on it just for the added dust control.

Wait what kind of spray booth are you talking about the only kind I know of are automotive ones

chadlanthierMember since Mar 2013

That would definitely not fit in my shop

Probably similar to that but open on one end. Large fans pulling air through the booth down low with lots of lighting. We tend to spray small cabinet projects, misc pre-finish trim, the occasional doors. Small stuff but still enough. We talked about an addition to get the vehicles out of the shop area and then we would have the room for a more dedicated spray booth.

Wow, great shop and saw. I am jealous.

that’s a sweet looking shop man, Awesome amount of space!!

overanalyzeMember since Oct 2011

We definitely were lucky to get this space. We knew the realtor that listed it…he called us the day it went on the market. I think we put in an offer that same day! It is in a small commercial/industrial park in my town.

Sweet saw for $250. What a deal.

overanalyzeMember since Oct 2011

We spent some time getting things better for us and our work flow this week. Built a brand new miter saw station with storage, re-organized a bunch of things and did quite a bit of cleaning and adjusting of our table saw station. The 2nd to last pic is the before shot.

Thanks! One is a Sharpe and the other 2 are Harbor Freight guns. One is for stain, one for latex, and one for clear coat.

They are pretty decent guns. They have a 1.4 tip but you can order a 1.8. I am going to get the larger tip for our latex gun. Of course I have never really used a high dollar gun to know any better.
