We are a power tool company (mostly). All of us (sales agents) go to product training. Meaning most of the tools we sale we have used at least once. Buying from CPO is an experience. We ship 99.9% of all orders out the same day so long as you order before 5PM EST. I’ve been with the company for 2 years and have moved up to sales management. If you ever have a problem, it becomes our problem. We are a honest company and will give the honest answer. We do not have sales scripts (I hate them!), we want the sale, but we aren’t going to chase you like a car salesman. If you have any questions fill free to give us a call.
