Weird question but,What’s the diffrence? Every video I see of someone in the usa using pva it’s always creamy whilst over here it’s super white?
Hrmm, I wish I knew the answer. maybe slightly different formulas for environmental regulations. They changed all of the construction adhesives to being water based now for the post part like liquid nails. The old versions had too much VOC for different regulations.
I’d say DR is right. Probably some kind of shit that won’t cause cancer in California
