Sorry if ive posted in the wrong section.

Your missing quite a bit actually, and the hammer itself is broke.

Try going here:

Chose your type number, and it will help you view all the parts. The way it looks, about everything from item 10 (hammer mechanism) to the far right needs to be replaced…

I don’t know if it would be economical to repair that tool. You might be able to find a new bare tool from a retailer, or a lightly used one off eBay. The thing about repairing power tools now is that is rarely the economical choice unless it was a very expensive tool in the first place.

Thanks for replying,

How is the hammer broken?, Ive gone through the parts list and it comes down to something in the mechanism assy holding it together is missing. Can you give me some insight as to what else you think is missing?

Got a nose cone locally and a 15$ part the tool repair guy said nothing of a broken hammer and said the the 825 was worth fixing cause it still worked. In the end ill have spent 210$ on 2 impacts, a drill, 4 batteries, 2 chargers, I’d like to see you find that somewhere else! lol.

Look at item 10 in the parts breakdown, that’s your hammer mechanism as a single part. In your pics, it is in pieces… broken….

Yes I know its apart guy at the tool repair shop seemed to know how to put it together. Ill find out tomorrow.

I live in canada so buying off ebay may not be a wise choice cause ill have shipping and duty.

Fixed. New nose cone and some tiny part in the mechanism assy. I didnt get to talk to the guy as I was on lunch. The 825 is better than the one I am using now.
