I have a Ryobi model BS-900 9″ bandsaw… The manual lists the replacement blade length as 59 1/4″… Today at Home depot I asked to see if they had any of the 59 1/4″ blades… The salesperson directed me to a 59 1/2″ blade and said that it would work just fine.. I didn’t purchase it until I make sure… I looked at the later model Ryobi 9″ Band Saw manual on line and it says that the 59 1/4 or 59 1/2 will work on them… but these are newer models… I think that it should adjust for the 1/4″ but…. just want to make sure… ❓
You will be fine with the replacement blade. I had the same problem with a no name version and bought one 1/4 difference and it was fine. I think the manufactures give room for play.
