they are a pain. these where electric. can be open by remote anywhere in the home and have rain sensors to close them when it starts raining.

yeah the skylights that are remote controlled. mainly because they are to high to reach. cool skylights tho. the company is called velux.
We do some window shades that have solar sensors and even some they use on screen porches that have wind speed monitors so they roll up before the wind can destroy them
