Been working on an oak pavilion with bi-fold doors ..There on runners top and bottom, currently halfway thru the job but il try and post what gets done and the finished job
As it stands now..
Prepping door for flush bolts
Nice. Where’s it at? Fairground or something?
Looks awesome.
Great work
It’s in a public park, just somewhere for the band to practise I guess..
The company I work for normally just does schools and hospitals,so working with oak is great compared to mdf.
Can’t take all the credit I wasn’t on here at the start of the job but there’s been a few lads working on it..
Few more pics
Nice
Few more pictures of the pavilion & lodge, still waiting on some door furniture and the glazers to show up.
Had a few issues with the casements being all out of shape as there cast..They got sent back to the manufacturer and ground down as per to the original jig size they got sent..
its coming along though.. ;D
Beautiful job. I love working with oak but it’s not as forgiving as MDF.
Looks awesome! Wish I had it in my back yard!
wow nice work, love the custom woodwork
This is such a cool project!
real nice looking!
cheers for the comments..The jobs finished now and I forgot to take any photos of the fully finished pavilion, but il probably head back there with the Digital slr and get some proper photos within the next month or so..
Ok so today I’ve been back today to do an access ramp in the lodge and the pavillion looks amazing..The pictures probably won’t do it any justice but everyone loves it..I’ve attached some of the lodge/access ramp I knocked together..
Now that’s what I call a nice job, a lot of work and detail there. I want one of those! I could play some Rock N Roll as loud as I want and the wife wouldn’t complain.
very nice joB!!!
