The only one of those that I know is in the states is the Milwaukee Tape Measure deal. The other two are not to my knowledge.
But H.D (USA) has the free Dewalt stand with purchase of saw deal.
Home Depot in the USA never really promotes the Milwaukee miter saw. It’s not even stocked in most stores I think.
The price point is really high. I special ordered one for a guy about 2 years ago, I want to say it was like $700 bucks. I was suprised when ordering it how much it was.
