Just got my Milwaukee Track Saw and 55 inch rail home today.  I can see this will take some tinkering with before powering up.

On my first attempt to install the blade, I found it didn’t “plunge” as the blade was hitting the bottom plate.  Pushed the blade in a bit to get access to the bolt and removed and reinstalled with success, but that blade sure comes close to bottom lip of the side cover! Any wobble and surely it would strike that part of the sideplate.  Before powering up, I want to be sure I’ve got it installed properly.  It’s tightened up with the supplied washer.  Maybe on the first time I didn’t have the washer set in properly.
