Hi,
I am new here. I have a Ryobi RY401012 walk behind mower. I have been pleased with it over the last 5 years. Now, I noticed the when I turn it counter clockwise, the right rear wheel is locked and skids. Turning clockwise does not have any issue, rear left wheel turns freely. Any suggestions would be appreciated. Thanks, looking forward to interesting forum posts.

Nothing was located in the factory documentation about fixing that turning problem.
Why not contact the manufacturer 1-800-525-2579 to see if they can help?
Welcome and agree with Wingless. I would contact the manufacturer, they would be able to help and if yo need parts, they can help there also.
