Exactly when the patent was going to end for the corded version they announced the cordless one. Well timing :)))

Can they patents the same thing twice? If not what is there to patent?

I am not aware of patent thingy very well, but maybe with having it as cordless they can claim for a cordless version patent and maybe with some minor changes, but it is very odd to me to see this as cordless exactly when the patent for the corded is finished plus they have a new corded version! They need to make other cordless tools instead of upgrading a corded tool with newer version of the same corded tool!
