Ryobi 40v power washer failing, battery or unit itself

I had used the 40v version of 600psi pressure washer little bit about 2 years and now it is failing. Basically after battery is charged, it would not turn on and dead. Every once a whlie, it will turn on but if i press on the button again, it is dead. Based on symptom, any idea which one is failing==> ? Could it unit itself be failing or battery is failing?

It could be.  I have heard issues with these but haven’t heard what the issue is.  I take it you tried different batteries.  The only other thing I think it could be is the pump or electronics.
