M12 impact drill and hacks all keep cutting out on 6 ah batteries.

Problem with m12 impact screwdriver and hacksall cutting out with 6ah batteries. They run for a few seconds then stop and all the battery lights randomly flash.

Take the battery out and back in and the same thing happens again. Tried Sinclairs for service but struggled to talk to anyone human as they have “procedures”.

Really disappointed with what’s supposed to be a premium tool manufacturer. My procedure is to consider Makita ! 

So you have no problems with other sized batteries?
If not then don’t use the 6ah batteries….
