I searched and found nothing about the issue I am having.
I have the M12 pvc shears that has a button you should be able to press and brings the blade back to the open position, ready to cut again.
Mine stopped sometime ago and I finally decided to open it up expecting to find a broken part.
Everything appeared to be intact. The grease seemed like it may have been the problem so I cleaned off the old grease and put it back together using new grease. This tool stays in the truck all year so it gets hot and cold.
Guess what still does not work?
Anyone have any experience with such an issue? Its a 1st world problem to have but sure would love to have it working again.
I have not had this problem but I have heard people with the issue. I read somewhere that they figured out an issue is with the electronics, which Milwaukee does encounter with some of their other tools. Not sure if that applies to your situation.
