Hi there,
I wonder if anyone else has a similar problem and whether they gave resolved it?
My Dun 500 w is great, I absolutely love it, but recently the pivoting head drops a notch whilst it’s running. Seems to be more frequent at higher speeds. I decided that the locking pin head had possibly worn down, do replaced it, and I also replaced the locking collar, where the pin locks into. This worked OK for a short time, but the problem has reappeared.
It seems to be best when it’s open 180 degrees and used on its side, without the weight of the head allowing it to collapse.
Should I look to replace the compression spring that holds the pin in place?
I was hoping someone on here might know how to fix it
Many thanks
