Hi there
I’m a newbie and would appreciate any help with my issue.
I hadn’t used my Makita cordless drill and compact driver for a long time, so I checked the battery status and was surprised that it had 2 out of 5 bars showing green status.
I thought I’d charge the batteries up anyway and after charging the first battery for a long time, the status shows 5 red indicators!
That can’t be right?
What’s happened, and any advice much appreciated 👍
It’s been my experience that when you let a battery sit something changes. Sometime charging it up and discharging it a few times will fix it, sometimes not.
