Hi guys.
Ive just been given 2x 18v xr 4ah batteries.
1x works fine and has just over 18v across the terminals.
The other has 20.2v but wont work. It only illuminated the led for aprox 1 second then nothing.
Any suggestions please
What happens when you charge it. Do all four lights go on when you press the button? Are you trying this battery in the newer Dewalt tools. I don’t think the 20.2 work on the old drills.
I agree with previous to see if it charges.. then open the shell and see if there is a corroded- unsoldered contact.
