I an avid DiYER.  I am investing in some good tools and so far got a Makita impact driver, a multi tool and a combi drill.

I now want to ads a decent hammer drill to my arsenal.

I want to stick with brushless.

Any thoughts on best bang for the buck.

Welcome to the forum.

it is SUPER handy to have all the cordless tools in the same brand, to permit swapping batteries.

Beyond that, for impact tools the force and the stroke specifications document how hard the tool hits.

For a DIY those specs are probably unimportant and instead just select by cost.

What kind of material you’ll be mostly drilling in?

If you already have a combo drill, I suppose you are searching for a SDs hammer drill,

the best rated in drilling speed and easy to use is the dhr182 ,small but very strong and versatile.

has also chisel function.

otherwise the dhr171 but no chisel.

if you need bigger holes to do in concrete like 20mm or more you need to go 2x18v or xgt.

the dhr242 or 243 are bad, too much vibration on hands and no hit power.

feel free to ask more details

personally I have dhr171 and xgt bigger ones
