Yesterday while using my power washer (ry142300vnm) attached the surface cleaner (ry31012vnm) and it must not have gone on all the way before I pulled the trigger and now the wand is jammed/stuck on the surface cleaner. Has this happened to anyone else or does anyone have idea how to get it off? I cannot depress the wand part where you attach attachments. That is what appears to be stuck.
Usually, it’s because of the pressure built up in the line. Once you relieve the pressure, it should come off easy. Try removing the hose from the power washer to relieve the pressure.
Thanks for the response Eric. I forgot to mention that it was disconnected from the power washer. I even removed the black plastic neck piece from the surface cleaner (see attached) to see if that would help. Nothing. I put it back together now.
